I think wings are the only thing I have with hot sauce regularly.
But I'm admittedly not well versed in the world of hot sauces. I've had plenty and besides the kick, I never like the tastes.
I don't think you would like Sriracha, with the whole mexican background I am assuming you have. Give me some Tapatio any day of the week, but to me Sriracha tastes like nasty tomato paste with no fire at all...
