I think Hartnell has more of the intangibles to be a captain. He seems like he'd be one to lead by example like
Keith Primeau. Giroux has shown flashes of that too, but he also seems to run his mouth a little too much...hopefully he doesn't go down "that" captain road. Hartnell probably performs better in a low-pressure sidekick role anyway. Good for Giroux though, he's definitely one of the hardest workers on the team. Best of luck to him. Unfortunately, this means he's now the guy the Philly media is going to bother relentlessly when things aren't going the Flyers' way.
