Not only he wasn't dropped, he threw punches at Gill from his back!
Bawa wasn't a very good fighter, atleast in the NHL level as he lost his fight against Russell clearly before going out with a draw against Loewen in his last Sharks fight. But he is credited with two TKO losses while in reality, he just lost clearly. Here is the video:

Uhhhhhhh, what fight were you watching?? Bawa got DROPPED!! absolutely TKO'ed, the fight was done when the left landed.
Yea sure Bawa "could have continued", lol...getting his face punched in on the ice.
He was unable to defend himself from the punch that put him down, had it gone on Gill would have left him a plasmic, unconcious heap.
What Todd Gill did there was flawlessly switch hands and end the fight with the first punch on the switch, no one did it better, Bawa had 30 lbs on him to boot, this thread should really be called "The Beauty of Todd Gill". Perhaps the best pound for pounder to ever play, this guy was 175lbs FFS!!
