Bawa wasn't a very good fighter, atleast in the NHL level as he lost his fight against Russell clearly before going out with a draw against Loewen in his last Sharks fight. But he is credited with two TKO losses while in reality, he just lost clearly. Here is the video:

I would score that a KNOCKDOWN win for Gill but NOT A TKO. For the following reasons:
1) Bawa threw another punch from the ground.
2) Bawa could continue.
3) Bawa got right up without assistance.
The punch put him down but it was a KNOCKDOWN not a TKO.
