Had a breakaway. Defenseman got as close as he could from behind and slashed my stick. Stick was broken (kind of bent like an L), but not in 2 pieces. Sh1t got crazy after that. I ended up with a 2 minutes for goalie interference, 5 minutes for fighting, a 10 minute misconduct, and a double game misconduct. 37 pims on the play. Fight spilled through the door at the end of the rink and we were going at it in the walkway leading to the dressingrooms.
Sounds like I'm going to be suspended for a while.

And I am. As I said, the fight spilled through the door at the end of the rink and was kind of in the lockerroom/crowd area. The league is calling it an "off surface fight" and are suspending me for the rest of this year and then the entire calendar year of 2013.
Bullsh1t. They're acting like we met up after the game in the parking lot to settle things.
