Slightly different as that one was clearly comfortable around people as it wasn't wild, but it has happened before. Thats what led me to think that clip could be real..

Interesting. Although a small dog looks more like potential meal for an Eagle than a baby. Either way the odds of something like this happening are pretty damn slim.
