I really don't know these players from Toronto but being a Met fan () I hope they are good and the trade would work out for both teams. Dickey had his best year last year but he has been solid the last three years so I don't think one year wonder or flash in the pan fit him. He did not start as a knuckle-baller so it seems he has been perfecting the pitch and has it down now. His fastball is 85 which I don't think Wakefield ever hit so that comparison may indeed be off.

My only worries if I was a Blue Jay fan would be the AL East and the weather. His knuckler seemed to be better in humid conditions. I think he would be ok though.
Would weather conditions be that much different?
