I haven't gotten all the parts yet, but I started with the copper shielding. Copper is expensive so I dropped a dime on the tape but it was really easy to work with. Of course I have all these tiny bastard cuts on my fingers now.

Some pics of phase 1:

You can see how poorly the old soldering was. First of all, the factory lumps all the wires into one blob, and a big one at that, so I couldn't even clean it up when I wired in new pickups this year. Gonna make sure it's done a lot neater this time.
















Excited to get the rest of the parts tomorrow so I can get this fukker hooked back up and driving like a champ!!
