Yup Bobby Ryan the same person that said this:

Right before the lockout, Ryan addressed the topic of playing overseas by saying, “I know you’ll lose guys right away. That being said, I’m an NHL player. I’m not going to take somebody else’s job overseas.”

The winger later told the Camden Courier-Post that “I think it’s important to stay here and be part of the solution and not just run from it.” But Ryan clarified his comments with the Register afterward, saying that he wasn’t against players who left to look for work in Europe and Russia.

“Guys want to play hockey,” he said. “I understand. Some guys need to make money because they’re period of earning is so finite. I just thought for me personally, it was important to stay here and ride it out.

What a hypocrite!
