Last week I learned it can take as long as 48hrs to dehydrate habaneros in my dehydrator (think the below freezing nights slowed the process tremendously) and today I get to find out what said dried and now crushed habaneros taste like on jerky.
Got "stuck" making jerky for Thanksgiving too, my brother wants some when he visits. Any excuse works for me!
