so little back story... a few years ago me and my buddy head up to the lake.. after walking around we meet these girls there so we start hanging out with them and there from a town 30 minutes away from our hometown... my buddy starts dating the one girl (we will call her plan A) but the travel time was to much for him so he gave up haha...

now 3 months ago plan A texts me up saying she is in town and wants to hang out so she comes to my bar and we start partying and drinking which leads to a big ol make out sesh.. later on that night she introduces me to some friends of hers... the one friend is all over me so she becomes my plan B...

present day.. ive been dating/seeing Plan B for a couple weeks now, im not really to fond of her and just to lazy to break up with her lol, how ever now im with Plan B, plan A has been in town alot more staying at plan B's house and me and plan A have been flirting like crazy mad...

now with your expert opinions, what is the proper way to ditch plan B but still pick up her friend plan A with out looking like a total asshole?
