A fun, gruesome, and well made game. As you said a huge improvement on #1.
And actually, once you beat the game once, the game becomes even more fun the next playthrough. I'm doing a second run through right now and I haven't died a single time (have come close though, so there's still challenge).

First impressions, the game is pretty bad ass. And killing red coats at every turn isn't bad at all!

However, there are some ugly flaws. The pause menu is a nightmare. Finding out how to save your ****ing game is increasingly painful.

Some of the graphics overlay so things look a little off here and there.

I won't comment too much further, as I've been crazy busy outside of work so I have only played maybe 30-40 minutes of the game (and most of that was getting used to the controls and exploring).

I'm digging the storyline so far as it's finally answering some questions, but it's been a struggle getting used to the new controls and pause menu.
What's up with the pause menu?
