Jordan Nolan broke his finger in the fight with Robins. I saw he was listed in the possible fight thread as injured, but didn't see it here. Should be out a couple of weeks.

For all the concern about members of the LA Kings possibly suffering injuries while playing over in Europe, the first NHL lockout to befall the reigning Stanley Cup Champions actually took place in Rhode Island last night.

Jordan Nolan – our guest on the MayorsManor show earlier this week – was injured in a fight with Bobby Robins of the Providence Bruins. While it’s officially being listed as an ‘upper body’ injury, Manchester coach Mark Morris told local reporters it was a broken finger. The Monarchs went on to win the game 3-1. However, Nolan won’t suit up for tonight’s game vs. the Albany Devils and he’s expected to be out a few weeks.
