Yeah I saw this news earlier in the day.Then his family came out and said it wasn't true.Then more reports came out that he had passed...Tragic loss of an icon in the boxing world.Back when I was a kid and really started to get into boxing.I remember all the great boxers from the Kronk gym.With their gold and red trunks and their names on the belt line.Guys like Hilmer Kenty.Tommy Hearns,Jimmy Paul,Duane Thomas,Milton McCrory,Stevie McCrory,Gerald McClelland,and a long list of fighters that Manny trained.Not to mention Oscar,Lennox,and the Klit Bros...Just a sad day for boxing fans and boxing in general.My sympathies go out to his family and friends..
