What do you think is the most important athletic attribute in hockey to possess?
-Speed
-Strength
-Power
-Quickness/Agility
-Endurance
I'm also giving away a free gift at my site that's all about speed in sports. Thanks

Strength because you need it in open ice, to get to open ice and in traffic. Quick starts are essential for speed and quickness and that requires strength, so I would say strength. What did I win?
