The visuals were great, the story was pretty good minus a couple holes (nothing too serious), the characters were fantastic (especially Bane), and I just enjoyed seeing Bruce Wayne's fall... Most of all I didn't hate Catwoman... Which I always have in the past.
I thought he tied it all up well... There was a lot of great one liners, lots of cool gadgets and I even found myself a little emotional at the end.
Just my opinion, I'm no movie critic... Thought it was great.
