Kind of lame to watch how quickly a lot of the tougher players have signed from a couple perspectives. It is cool they have jobs but i hate them being so interchangeable and, of course, that my team shows no inclination to go after one.
Case in point, Brandon Prust
has impressed me with his growth as a useful player as a ranger. A good "checker" who isn't lost on offense along with providing all the intangibles a robust, willing jr HW will. Now he's gone, replaced by another similar guy in Aaron Asham whose now on his third team within the same division in three freaking years.
No continuity, no identity. Don't get me wrong, i'm glad these guys have jobs but i liked boulton as a thrasher and asham one one team in the state of PA.
At least boston's divisional rivals picked up some grit. As for my caps, they'll find a reason to scratch erskine and wait five years on the draft pick wilson.
