Snow stunk as a player and stinks as a GM.
HE signed Jay Pandolfo, Marty Reasoner and traded for Brian Rolston. I don't think Wang knows enough about the sport to even know who they are. Wang might micromanage so it's not totally Snow's fault but he's the GM and he just hasn't done his job.
