Sounds like you have Javascript turned off.
While I'm going to tweak the way videos are displayed here, Javascript will still be required to be on in your browser.
Do the dropdown menus here work for you?
Also note: Javascript is not Java, don't bother installing that to attempt to fix your problem. Javascript is a setting in each browser. Let me know which browser you're using and I can tell you where it's located.
