As far as I know,
Nick Fotiu definitely had an aura about him that made guys think twice about fighting him.
It looks pretty obvious to me in that video that Fotiu is waiting for MM to come at him so he can throw a punch and MM is probably hoping Nick will come at him first, they simply waited too long to engage.
