This is a fairly difficult award to think about. I'd vote for Poile. Once again he makes some great personnel moves to keep the Predatos a very strong team in a very strong division, and seems to have turned them into what most would consider a legitimate contender this year with some of his roster moves down the stretch.
I was tempted to vote for Dale Tallon
, but I still really don't understand the method to the madness of the Panthers' offseason. Bringing in Dineen as coach was a great move, and he'll be my pick for the Jack Adams, but I'm not sure anyone, including Tallon, expected the Panthers to have anywhere near the amount of success they did this year. I just can't vote for him.
