Well, its like you said, its really MLB's fault for not having a proper procedure in place. Without knowing what they are looking for in the urine, and there is so many different sterioids floating around in there, I would say that who knows what chemistry could take place? especially if the urine isn't stored properly, you know? I haven't read on this at all, so I don't know about what is in bold, but I am sure you are right, but it comes back to how is there not a proper procedure in place? You are a billion dollar industry, and you can't figure out how to store some dudes piss? Unbelievable.
