Not much going on.
Cotto/Pacman are hung up on weight, as we all knew would be the issue. Manny doesn't want to go north of 147, at all. And Cotto doesn't want to come down in weight from 150. While an outsider looks at this and says it's "only" 3 pounds, those are a tough 3 pounds for a guy like Cotto, and 3 pounds that cut an unbelievable amount of water and gas from the tank of Cotto.
Nonito Donaire has outright declined a bout with Guillermo Rigondeaux citing he doesn't want another Narvaez bout where it isn't fan friendly. Considering Nonito is on a clear agenda to fight Wilfredo Vazquez and Jorge Arce (and to a lesser extent Yuri Gamboa)... I see the merit in wanting fan friendly fights. But, in the same regard, Rigo isn't going to show up ONLY to survive. He's going to show up looking to counter punch and occasionally lead. I didn't like the comments from Nonito in this regard, but, with who he's targeting, so be it.

TBD expect an Arce vs. Donaire mega clash to be set for April or May.
Chris Arreola will be fighting Eric Molina on the Ishida/Williams card in Texas, on Showtime. A good fight to be made, and should provide a great barometer for where Molina is as a contender and how far Arreola has come.
About it for now. Andy Lee is expecting to hear back about the Sturm fight later this week or early next week.
