Like Boston was last year, LA is the Leagues chosen team to win the next tainted Cup in a final against the NYR, but the Kings will need to gain more confidence to which the sycophantic officiating will do their best to prop up. (just like the Bruins got and laughably still get!).
So it makes sense for Quirkys puppet to suspend a hard rock like Torres from playing LA while the League babysits LA into a prime playoff spot...similar script to a road of tainted victory... a la Bruins 2011.
Yes the Canucks didn't win the cup because Aaron Rome wasn't there anchoring the blue line.

It couldn't have anything to do with the Canucks being soft and mentally weak? Vancouver turtled under the Bruins physical play, also it doesn't help that Luongo has a tendency to cave under pressure.
