Without being able to fight his value goes down drastically but he could settle in as a poor mans Holmstrom on a team with no size at all like the Nucks. For that role though I think Nolan has the inside track.

Then there isn't a reason to think he'll make it, or will stick if he does make it.
If
Todd Fedoruk can't fight, he has no reason to be on the club. He's too slow to line guys up and hit effectively. He doesn't have the hands to be a poor mans Holmer.
His 23 point campaign was before
Derek Boogaard broke his career. After that, he hasn't been the same player that commands respect on the ice due to his physical presence and his fistic presence.
I wish Fridge the best, but, just hang the skates up, or go back to fighting.
