Isn't Jovo like half a foot taller than Brown? So obviously he had to have had his head down, so it's his own fault. And yea, Korpikoski's kick is not being reviewed apparently. He could've easily stabbed MacArthur in the temple with his skate if his knee didn't hit first, but according to the NHL, that's ok.
