Absolutely. There have been so many duds, especially at quarterback, who made off with 30 something million and didnt do jack sh!t but fuk their team over. There should be a base salary, depending on where you were drafted, and you earn your money through incentives.

I did find this article that says that the rookie caps may be coming.
