He wasn't on the ice so he couldn't take any stupid penalties. He may've been more of a brutal player than Brown
. Roids sure didn't help him in that department...if anything it made him slower and even worse.
I had heard that Probert attempted to keep his career alive by "bulking up" and hit 245 lbs...but it just made him even slower. Don't know if that was true, but maybe he was bulking up on cheeseburgers.
