When I'm in South Florida I usually park at Sawgrass and walk over to the arena...it's still less of a walk than parking in the Scotiabank Place lot at a Sens game, and I'm not paying $12 or whatever the hell Ottawa is charging these days. In Buffalo I pay $10 bucks to park like five blocks away, past the AAA ball stadium, then walk four times the distance I would parking at Sawgrass.
Having lived in both Ottawa and right outside of Buffalo, and having family down in South Florida, I can honestly say I like the parking situation there the most, by far. I dunno, there might be a lot to gripe about with the Panthers, but I think the parking situation might be the wrong bone to pick.
