He had 10 fights in 33 games. Lets do this math!
33 x 2 = 66 = 20 fights
He could of have close to 20+ this year if he wasn't injured. I realize most of you just say "Laraque is the supposed champ, he beat up my tough guy, my tough guy backed down from him cos hes a good player blah blah blah".. okay.. but please don't forget Laraque was on the road for hte most active season he's ever had.

Very true. I'm a Habs fan and not even really a Laraque fan but I was not at all dissapointed by Laraque this year. He may have disappointed others but I was only disappointed by how many games he missed due to injury. If he plays 80 games he gets 24 figths at the pace he was on. Not a lack of activity at all. All season long I watched guys turn him down. I know people on here say he should just grab guys and beat them up but good luck getting in the lineup if he starts putting his team down for 5 or 7 minutes to please the guys on hockeyfights. I actually was pretty happy with how he played in the playoffs as well. Not so much on the first line but in general. I hope he is fully healthy at the start of the next season so he can be a force on the ice again.
