Wow i show a little dislike for a player and everyone jumps my case. Janssen plays for my favorite team, and eventually i'm sure he will win me over. Can a guy give an opinion on this site?

Yeah opinions are fine if you back them up. I'm guessing you never watched the guy play before he came to St. Louis. When he played for Jersey 95% of his hits were clean. His first full season with Jersey he had some of the biggest hits I have ever seen in the NHL. It was the period when ESPN was showing ZERO hockey highlights, guess who was on the top plays on a regular basis.......Other players are scared to be on the ice as the same time he is. That leads to turnovers in the other teams zone and with some luck a goal or drawn penalty. I couldn't count how many penalties he drew in Jersey. Yeah he would take the occasional 2 minutes for roughing or charging, but he drew a lot more than he took. Give this guy a full season with the Blues and the haters will be huge fans. I Promise.
