Wow, this is awesome. Pitkanen was a pretty big disappointment last year, and getting rid of Sanderson is just fine. Seeing Lupul in the deal is no surprise as his name has often been mentioned, but to see that the Flyers were also able to land
Jason Smith is great news. From what I can gather the deal is Pitkanen/Sanderson and a 2009 3rd round pick for Smith and Lupul.
