wild swinging nothing much landed. Simmonds got in the better punches. Win Simmonds

Simmons throwing some huge haymakers that a more savvy fighter would have taken advantage of and beat his ass for. However, he landed more so he wins.

I think it was fun to watch. Not much connecting but they were sure trying hard. I give Wayne the edge but neither guy will have a headache in the morning.

The Kings have some very good fighters on their team. This isn't Simmonds typical style. Simmonds seemed grumpy about Nystrom not taking his helmet off and wanted blood. Mostly glancing blows. Wayne landed the only real connector. Advantage Simmonds in a relatively close one.

Nystrom comes off like a pansy with the helmet trick.

Nystrom had an hour to ditch the lid. Dude, what were you thinking?

draw. No winner here, not sure how others viewed Wayne as the winner. He may have swung more but that's it.

did nystrom not take his helmet off cause he's bald or cause hes a douche?

Otherwise might've scored a draw, but Simmonds gets the win because that punk Nystrom doesn't take off his helmet too. What a loser.

As long as he has a chance, Simmonds takes the helmet off before a fight. He did it a few nights before this against Calgary when him and Sarach wanted to go at it... but the linesmen stepped in. Earlier in the year it appeared he actually let Andrew Alberts remove his helmet for him while they were wrapped up.

Anyway... alot of punches thrown. Not many landed. Seems like Simmonds was more active... and landed the only punches.

Nystrom, bar room brawl - who'd have thought it? Simmonds with the W.

I don't see a victory here. Both wanted to go at it but couldn't break free. Inexperience reigned here.
