The officials needed to be penalized for calling that a fight. JT is pissed he has to play for the Islanders and was hacking away on a player that he outweighs by at least 20 pounds. Burmi got tired of it but again that wasnt a fight

I was at the game. As John was going to the penalty box - he made a kicking motion.....like perhaps he felt like he got slew footed or something? I did not see what triggered the fight from the stands - as I was watching the puck....but just a guess Crap fight - but I was just glad JT did not get hurt. Don't want him fighting.

Not much of a fight. Didn't expect a good one from two players that are not fighters. Rated a 2 and a draw.

@The Wrecker Fan - Tavares did get slew footed. Look at the clip at around 0:13 and you'll see that ***** fighting like a true Russian hockey player.

Just for that, I have to give it to JT on principle alone.

Next, the announcers will be telling us that Tavares is gonna' be a " force to be reckoned with"........2 minutes each --- holding!
