Michael Komisarek vs Mike Rupp

Komisarek's fighting style is truly...hard on the eyes.
He comes flying in off the top, with all guns a' blazing,
only to throw a...???!!! turn-away, low shoulder check?????!!!!

He then employs various forms
of his thematic ""self preservation mode"" defense,
which range from the ''Lucic-ian turtle'' maneuver,
to the ''Phaneuf-ian-hog-tie''.

He's lucky the recently revitalized Rupp didn't kill him.

Kommy sticking up for a teammate but he's no match for Rupp.

When Komisarek throws in a fight, he does ok.

poor komisarek. would've sucked to have been him at that second, to see kessel get hit and think, well son of a bastard i guess i'm closest. i wouldn't have pulled the rug out from under rupp however, i probably would've just kneed his balls and went from there. rupp win, i'll give it a 3, a point and a half for each michael rupp shot.

komisarek = montador = stortini. they don't win fights, but you would love to have them in your dressing room, because their loyalty to their mates is second to none.

Brian Burke should try building a team based on skill not their fighting ability because the Leafs lost the game 5-2 and was 0 for 4 in the fights. It was painfully obvious what he was doing when he took over this laughable franchise and anyone with any hockey sense at all knew it would blow up in his face, and Im glad it did. I used to like the Leafs but cannot pull for them as long as this jerk is GM. He outta be fired.

Another bush league move by a Leafs player. Since when is a f**king body slam part of a hockey fight? Did you notice how Rupp had his gloves off first yet allowed Komisarek the chance to square up? Take notice Orr, that is how it is supposed to be done. Komisarek's second loss in classless style. Win Rupp in a non eventful fight minus the bodyslam..

That Komisarek is definitely the biggest lady I've ever seen.
