WG early, Neil Late...draw. Neil once again no code throwing punches at a downed opponent

Westgarth has looked horrible this year. He looked pretty strong in the AHL. I think LA should have kept Ivanas and Calgary should have kept McGratten.

I didn't like Neil's final 2 punches, but the way Westgarth was flopping around you can't blame him. Westgarth looked like he was going down a few times and then he balanced himself. I think Neil wanted to make sure he was down. You can't criticize Neil for picking his spots here. Westgarth is LA's tough guy. It's not his fault that Westgarth is lousy.

By the way, I hate Chris Neil.

The experience of Neil shows here, unfazed, switches hands, plans the fight. Westgarth certainly didn't embarass himself, but Neil had this under control.

Doesnt matter who you are fighting. Cheap shots at the end are cheap shots.

I gotta give the win to Neil as it was he dominated the fight near the end! But I'm very reluctant to as he also threw four punches while Westgarth was down! That in my books a cheapshot in a fight Neil handled Westgarth easily but still had to throw the punches in while Westgarth is down and out!

first off who is the donkey broadcasting saying its westgarth first real heavywieght tilt???he fought parros this year adn faired pretty well.neil got the better this time but if they were to go 10 times id give it 7 times out of ten to westgarth he has better technique with the monster upercuts just dint land flush this time...i hate neil with a passion he has one of those faces you wanna pummel
