Good close fight, as Pelley held his own against a bigger guy.

He also earns huge props for not tagging McQuaid
while allowing him to get back up.

The win has to go to McQuaid--size-wise talk about a mismatch! But Pelley is a tough little scrapper, one of the few Devils who is playing with any heart this year.

good fight, class move by Pelley, letting McQuaid back up.

Lone Wolf got in the better shots. He would do better if he could keep on his skates. Maybe he should do the Mr. Miyagi thing on a boat.

Gave this one to Pelley for having better control. They both got a few in.

I've been a fan of the Devils since '82 when they moved to Jersey. This team is more embarrassing than any of those teams that had no talent at the beginning. I loved Johnny Mac as a player (that goal in Chicago Stadium to send them to the playoffs for the first time, in OT!), but he's not getting done as coach. Pelley's got more sack than the rest of the team combined. No fighters on the team. At least if I could watch young Troy Crowder, a pissed off Scott Stevens, heck I'd even take Rand McKay (underrated player, not the greatest fighter, but had b@lls) right now. Team is showing no character, and Lou blew draft picks on the botched Kovi signing. Not good.
