Wow some of you Massholes are funny. That hit wasn't nearly as bad as some I've seen Lucic throw. I like Lucic but he got smoked in this fight. His best punches were to the back of the head and shoulders. He got hit several times in the face= LOSS.

Hal29, tell your parents to turn on the spellchecker! I know there's no grammar program that will help you except going back and trying for your GED!

Win Lucic. Did more damage...end of story. Like to see what Mair's eye looks like today.

Edge Mair for the better shots.

Cheap shot by Mair, lost all respect for him as a scrapper. Wanna be a tough guy and run around nailing people; then stand up for your actions. Mair had a nice mouse on his eye, not sure if that was there before the fight started.

And yes, Chara did decline with Gaustad, but apparantly he had a splint on his finger and would have automatically received a match penalty had he dropped the gloves.

How those refs missed that elbow Gaustad threw at Wideman early in the game only set the tone. You know Buffalo was going to come out in the 2nd period.

Wondering what got into Thornton to get into it with Rivet??

Win Mair for getting the quick jab and a couple clear shots in the beginning after that nothing really landed because he's a lefty and tried holding the big man off while they fell to the ice

Way too many lovestruck little Lucic fanboys voting on this site.

No way you can vote for Lucic here. Mair landed a few early. Lucic landed one on top of Mair's head then the rest were between the shoulder blades while Mair was off balance. You people really have to quit strokeing blowing Lucic. If he wants to be a fighter he has to take on all comers, not pick his battles. Boston, there will never be another Cam Neely. Stop annointing Lucic as the nest great thing.
