NBC didn't have its camera on the fight directly but kudos for Knuble for going after Adams after that cheap shot on the Caps franchise player. More so Knuble was the hero of the game for tapping in the rebound through Fleury's pads in OT. Craig Adams, well, he remains as Craig Adams.

Crap fight, cheap push by Adams. it is those little suttle, sneaky, immature cheap shots that can really hurt someone. That was intentional to a player very vulnerable that could have been serious. I like good hard body checks, not that shi*.

PS I hate Ovechkin, but it is still a crap little push.

What fight?

Lousy work by NBC. This was a great game, but the announcers seem to follow a "destiny script," if Crosby scores it is fate, if Ovechkin scores he wills it into the net. I don't know if it is better to listen to "homer" announcers or guys that will jump on any bandwagon: I, for one, am ready to see Mike Milbury hit Pierre McQuire with a shoe.

pretty weak fight. The best part is Knuble got somebody 17 PIMS in fantasy. Don't expect that from him very often..

There wasn't much of a shove, but Adams could have easily gotten 2 for boarding (or more), especially with Ovechkin being on the receiving end.

Also there was no hit by Adams. He just pushed him a bit trying to get to the puck. This is why no penanlty was called on Adams. Stop listening to Pierre McGuire. He sucks as an announcer. And is a douche bag in general. If it was Erskin going into the boards instead of Ovechkin, nobody would be in an uproar.

first, what fight? how does this rate as a fight when the owen nolan-scottt hartnall fight from saturday doesn't? second this was maybe the best game i have seen all year,i thought it was hype about these two teams hating each other, but i was wrong. it was great!

it was a cheap shot by adams and no call.. Good for knuble to step up. If that hit would have been on "Cindy" I'm sure the arm woulda went up with 5 for boarding. Same with the crosscheck to the ribs. Both Cheap shots. I know Ove can be cheap as well so guess what goes around comes around. how bout that Phantom Slashing call on the broken stick..lol
