The hit looked clean..I agree with some of the comments,Kopitar and Simmonds should be pissed instead at their own defenceman (Harrold) for setting up that pass. Also looked like Stuart slipped on one of the sticks on the ice. All things considered,edge to Simmonds. Knowing these guys, I would put my $$ on Stuart next time...

wow i would do the same if they laid out my best player like that, why not? what if he was hurt for the rest of the season...no playoffs for them. stupid pass with an awesome hit = crap fight and extra minutes. Oh well if this happened 10 times it would occur just like this 7 times.

I use to play hockey and when i got nailed with my head down my teamates would say keep your head up dumbass .What is going on you can't hit anyone in the open ice anymore?

Fight clearly was a draw but there is nfw I even award fishbowl wearing diks like Simmonds a draw. What next, sparing helmets?? oh, and btw, all you dik heads get a clue, yeah we all cant stand Jack Edwards but try not to show the fact that you are a bunch of ignorant morons by lumping Andy Brickley in with him. Brickley is regarded as one of the best analyst in the game.

DRAW: I could easily see why Simmonds got the penalties, though. Next time they meet should be very interesting

What a BS fight. That was one of the cleanest hits I have ever seen. I understand sticking up for your teammates, but let's not get all huffy puffy over someone not even being dirty, but just playing hockey. I'm calling this one a draw. At best.
