Kesler felt the sting after the lead jab and used a moved he learned from Beiska last year when he did the leg sweep again Eager. Then he forgot to pull his hair like his boyfriend Burrows likes to do to him in the showers. There should be no Draws or wins for Kesler on this one but you can see the inexperience in fighting in this site!

this is hockey FIGHTS.com not wrestling so anyone who voted for a draw or kesler winning doesnt know classic hockey..

DRAW! Terrible fight, yes Ladd landed 1 left jab, but he needs to stay on his feet. You can get a win by throwing 1 bunch and then falling down. As for kesler need to try and thow a punch...looks like the sedins taught him how to fight. He had Ladd off balance but went for the take down, this isn't UFC and you dont get points for take downs. Just a allaround terrible fight, they could of kept their lids on for that...only thing worse than that fight is the people who think there was a winner.

Kesler is a wuss. What a weak takedown. A dangerous cheap shot for someone who called Ladd a "coward." Fight or stay on the bench. No need for the single-leg takedown after getting punched. Great left by Ladd.

Ladd landed the only punch and cut kessler. Kessler got the take down seemingly because he didnt want to fight anymore (and then tries to talk trash through the media). Ladd wins.

takedown!!!!!!
but seriously a mediocre fight.
Even for a west coast guy that was not that good.

Not much of a fight, but that quick left did the deed. By the way Kesler, how can you call Ladd the coward when you were that took him to the ice, implying you did not want to fight anymore?

one punch in the fight by ladd which cut kesler open making him the winner. and whats with the one legged take down from kesler is he training for the UFC

Ladd took the initiative and won handily.

According to Kessler, Ladd is a "coward". But who looks like the coward in this fight?

I can't believe Kesler called Ladd a coward after this game. He got hit once and bailed. Easy win for Ladd.

Ladd with one punch win..Kesler doesn't usually fight unless he has teammates helping him!

im a canucks fan. kesler lost the fight. i dont consider takedowns as a part of hockey fightiing so i ignore them when "scoring" a fight. IMO hockey fights should be all about the standup toe to toe. having said that, kesler is not a fighter and did what it took to spark the team and keep the intensity going. he dropped the lid and his mitts after beaking off to ladd. he took a good shot to the eye, MMA'd ladd and continued to help his team hand it to the hawks 5-1.
