nice sideshow. when a 5 foot 9 guy not named chuck norris makes you look bad there is a problem.
carcillo is a game fighter but he is on thin ice if he wants to be a regular enforcer.

Avery answered the bell and took on Carcillo after he fought with Gaborik. Avery controlled the bout despite both players landing some punches but Avery wins with the decision.

Hard to tell which of these two is the biggest douche-bag in the league . . . nonetheless - win Avery. At least he stepped up after the spineless fight Carcillo got into. What a BITCH.

Im not a huge Avery fan.........but if you watched the whole game and the circumstances that evolved..........I have to more then take my hat off to Avery for stepping up for the team.........I have a new sense of respect for Avery and his game........He can play for my team any time......And im a devils/islanders fan and ranger hater...........His Hockey skills are way above average, His heart is huge, too bad more players dont have his heart.....and his will to win is something you cant teach or learn......If im going into the third period a goal or two down---Avery is someone I want on the ice for my team.......His edge to the game can sometimes be more then pushing the envelope and at times something out of the movie SLAPSHOT.. JOHN BROPHY style , that being said coming from an actual student of Brophy , sometimes its over the top considering its at this level...................but when you actually give it some serious thought-because its at this level may be why its soooooooooo effective... ...but like or or hate it......its effective and at this level and results are what its all about.....done believe me?? Just ask BIG GEORGE.........Thats the hard truth ............

Get a life wetstick. Carcillo is a punk going after Gaborik, he does not fight. Good for Avery knocking him on his ass. Dress Brashear next game to pound Briere and then Carcillo and knock out the few teeth he has left. lets see how you Flyer fans like that.
