Colaiacovo got his panties in a bind when Scatchard scored a lacrosse-style goal and started with the fisticuffs. Scatch ended up on top, but what's more amazing is that a Preds player got into a fight. The Predators have the fewest fighting majors this season.

Colaiacaovo lands more. Gets the W

It was a close fight. I give the W to Scatchard for Colaiacovo covering up like a bitch. I can guarantee you one thing, Carlo WILL BE WHINING after the game that Scatchard blind sided him with a cheap shop and that's why he had to fall to the ground and turtle up. It's what he does.

That one hard right rocked Scratch-nard, win CC

Scatchard obviously slapped Mason's glove to keep him from catching the puck. I thought there were rules against contact with goalies, but the goal still counted. Cola did exactly the right thing as Nashville had been running Mason all night. He gets the win for landing solid blows against someone 32 lbs bigger.

kudos to scatchard for picking up 2/3 of the gordie howe hat trick on the same play.

Jesus, how many goals has Scatchard got left in the NHL??? and CC jumps him - Scatchard gets the win.

Carlo jumps Scatchard and lands some pretty good shots before they go to the ice.
A goal and a fight on the same play is pretty impressive.Vancouver should have kept Scatchard as one of our centres instead of that useless doughboy Wellwood.

Cola doing what he should to protect his G. Nice job. Solid win by Colaiacovo.

Have to give Colaiacovo the win here because it looks like he lands more but he does *conveniently* fall down right as Scatchard starts throwing. I have to raise my other eyebrow also at Colaiacovo throwing what amounts to a sucker punch to start the fight. Scott Walker-style.This Colaiacovo character will get his eventually. Anyway, more importantly, I have to say it sucks the ****ty Blues put an end to the Preds' rise from the bottom of the West to the top of the Central. I have to agree with predglen; Blues visitors suck and Red Wings fans are generally well-behaved and pleasant.

The whole fight shouldn't have happened if Scatchard hadn't hit the goal out of Mason's hands...the refs failed here...

colaiavo shouldn't have interrupted scatchard's goal celebration. i think he knows for next time.
