Jordan Staal vs Nate Thompson

Fight was a draw. Staal stuck up for his teammate. Anyone who doesn't like Jordan Staal doesn't watch the game.

I am a die-hard Pens fan and I hate Jordan Staal. He is overrated and rarely does anything beneficial or with skill. He gets whooped and nullifies the PP. Nice job costing the team the game and giving the Isles momentum. A top six and a first rounder offered and I would trade him.

At first i though Staal was goin to win and then Nate threw a bunchs of rights

Stall gets the edge.
He dominated the beginning and then ragdolled Thompson at the end.
Thompson landed maybe one punch.

Staal FTW since he seemed to be the only one with punches that actually connected. Even though his punches were "muffins", he did hit more often and score the eventual "takedown". Anyone who rates the fight the other way is simply a "hater"! The fight sucked, but voting for Thompson just means you hate Stall. (even though he sucks at fighting)

The Thompson "accidentally" running guys head-first into the boards is getting tiring. Nate thinks he's a tough guy, but he's not.

I never could understand a boarding call - what'd he do that was so, wrong? He checks his man into the boards,...so, what,...happens all the time,...it wasn't charging. And Staal lost, by-the-way,...crummy one.

Thompson with a dangerous check and then seems to give Staal the chance to get out of it, and then throws some pretty good one at Staal's noggin, win thompson
