Too bad we can't put May in the time machine for this one. May is still pretty good but not what he used to be.

May was hanging in there early, but then Rypien comes on strong. Win Rypien.

Yeah Baby!!!!!
I love them both!!!!
Clear win Ripper but there is no doubt May's punches had more on them.
Just can't beat the speed of youth but all you hater's on May the last fight odviously don't appreciate the true ART of fighing.
Also Ripper can take a good punch as the replay shows but I think he needs to power up abit because one of these days while he is speed baggin some heavy............He's gunna get caught!!!!!!BIG TIME

Two handed fighters are the cats ass!!
DRAW,May's head flies back when Ripper grabs his jersey. I watched it in frame by frame and Ripper's punches are not making there mark!!!!!

Draw out of respect for the effort on both sides...
easily the best intensity I've seen so far this season.

Wasn't sure Rypien was able to withstand some haymakers from tougher guys.. but definately looks like it. WRyp.

Grim Rypien the winner with the relentless fists flying

May is really throwing bombs this year, getting his nose dirty and doing a great job of protecting Wings skill players while providing a spark ... for 38 he is an absolute warrior that commands alot of respect, he sure has mine! I am a little concerned that as the season grinds along he will need someone else to step up and challenge, it was great to see him working with Justin Abdelkader but Johnathon Ericsson can fight and needs to answer the bell once in awhile.

I'm going draw or slight edge to May as he won most of the fight and appeared to land the better punches. Rypien clearly throws quick and with both hands. He's always going to create problems for those he fights unless he gets tagged hard and early.

Damn!! Rypien went Tazmanian Devil on his ass!

Great Fight!! Rypien can sure take a punch as May landed a couple haymakers. It's time for people to stop calling Rypien one of the best middleweights out there, He's a bona fide enforcer. He will go with anyone, and usually wins.

Great fight. You have to love the old warrior taking on this young buzzsaw. A beauty left by May, but when Rypien started throwing with both hands instead of holding on (who does that in hockey? I love that) he landed the right that got him the advantage. That was great to watch.

Rypien with the TKO....May got in a good shot early, but Rypein is just way too fast....he's got to match up with Janssen and Asham....a lot of guys think that they are the top welterweights, but I am not sure.....Rypien is awesome.

Best all-out brawl of the year. The girls behind the glass are over joyed...being Wings fans they've probably never seen a fight before.

thats what you call a good bout. great and wild exchanges there by the two
both of them with some big hits on target
even as a wings fan i`ll give the slight edge to rypien, the dude is one tenacious bastAR*** brad hung in there pretty good but it was over when the jersey went above his head.
