I see this as a draw. Westgarth swung a lot early, but the first punch of the fight that actually landed was Rechlicz's at :48. Then it looked pretty even in the short toe-to-tie flurry, each guy landed a couple bombs. Rechlicz was off balance at the end, his fall wasn't a result of any punches.
