Yea good job Thornton your team is going down in flames(as usual) and hey lets start a fight right off the bat. Dude way to wait till the last possible minute to become a leader. Thornton is as spineless and care-free as they come. Whatever team has him will never win....plain and simple. They guy is a stat slut and nothing more.

Great showing by the two leaders of the team, trying to set the tone for the game. Thornton with the win here though.

Thorton wins the fight...but loses the game AND the series...Hockey's Mr. October...disappears in the Playoffs! Enjoy the summer.

getzalf is not afraid to throw down with anyone. ive seen him try to drop with guys who go right to the bench. however he did lose this fight. doesnt matter cuz the ducks will be moving on and the sharks are going home!!!

Not much of a fight regarding landing anything, but edge to Big Joe for controlling and trying to dish out more blows.

Side notes:
Getzlaf is an annoying ***, but I wish we had him on our team. (Wild)
Special props to the Anaheim sound guy for playing cool heavy music during the scums in this game. Too bad SJ doesn't have any heart! The Ducks wanted it! Interesting matchup w/ Detroilet...
