Bergeron is one of the cleanest players in the league. Gorges may have thought he had a Lady Bing lackey, but that left hand that drilled him to the ice proved otherwise. Bergeron is all class, and his comeback is inspiring.

Only real fight this playoffs, Bergeron all the way not allowing gorges to push him around at the end of a boston domination

Not sure if the Bergeron beatdown of Georges or the scoreboard hurt MCB's feeling more.

Solid fight by Patrice, good to know he can throw down if he wants.

Bergeron with four strong left hands. Props for the guy to drop the gloves after concussion problems and light Gorges up. Bruins controlling their emotions well and displaying more confidence by not taking stupid penalties. Clear win for Patrice

mcb789, I am also a huge habs fan, but how can you consider Josh Gorges to be the winner of this scrap? He got his ass handed back to him by Bergeron with that precise and sharp left. I am also disappointed that my team lost, but you gotta give Bergeron his props. That performance from him was really surprising and impressive.

What a douche move by Gorges. Going after a guy with concussion problems. Good for Bergeron, knocking him on his ass his his first fight. I would say that i hope to see more from him, but with his concussion issues...

Someone needs to post the NESN feed from Boston, especially the part where they slow down the punch that knocks Gorges on his can. Direct chin shot, you can see Gorges head pop-back right before he falls on his ass/turtles. Pretty embarrassing to pick a fight with a guy with PCS and then get your butt handed to you.

I'm not a Bruins fan, I'm a Ducks fan living in Boston... kind of hate the Bruins actually... but you Montreal homers calling this a draw, or even worse, a Gorges win really need to get a clue. This site is about rating fights, not being a blind homer and picking your guy regardless of the outcome.

Bergeron just laid him out. How embarassing must it be to get flattened by a post-concussion player who's never fought in the majors before?

Very.

I'm a Devils fan living in Boston and some Bruins fans can be real big douche bags so thats why this is gonna hurt you canadiens fans. Gorges throws 3 punches, helmet, a miss, and a body shot just before he goes down. The video is up there, go watch it again without your blinders on. Bergeron on the other hand lands 4 punches in and around his face and he sure as hell connects as Gorges goes down. Whether or not the punch put him down or just capped the beating you can't say Gorges wins or even comes close.

Good fight here. From what's shown in the video it's pretty close trading hits until Bergy's last killer shot. Props to someone who doesn't fight a lot standing up for himself.
