Goddard with the win. Good shots by both at the beginning although Goddard got more in that counted. It then turned into a merry-go-round. Nice to see EG bust up Koci after he put a few pro wrasslin moves on Talbot and a wuss attack from behind on Goddard to instigate. 17 minutes in penalties to Koci who deserved every second of them.

Koci thinks he can push Talbot around but then has to answer to Eric Goddard. Despite being visibly exhausted Goddard still gets the win easily.

Godard was very much the aggressor in this fight and came out on top.

I would have rated this better except for the fact that godard nodded the officials in.

Have to admit with bloody knuckles. E.G is the man this year. Glad I have a computer!

Win Goddard, but it wasn't a domination. Alot was thrown but not much connected, Goddard is the one that called the fight over when he said it to the Ref, but he still had the edge. the pre-season fight on Sept. 20, 2008 was much better.

Gave it to Godard, he was more active. He's still one of the best. I like Koci becouse he will fight anyone anytime, but for his size I dont think he does as well as he should, but still he wont back down and always hold his own (plus i liked him when he was a Hawk)

Godard is a *****. Started throwing punches when Koci was tied up by the ref. And Koci still decked him early in the fight.

GODDARD COMING TO THE DEFENSE OF MAX TALBOT WHO KOCI WAS TRYING TO BULLY. KOCI HITS TALBOT LATE, TRIES TO MUG HIM AND WOULD NOT LET HIM FREE. GODDARD HAD ENOGUH OF KOCI BULLY WAYS AND GIVES KOCI A BEATING. GODDARD IS TOUGH AND ONE OF THE BEST BUT DOES NT FLY AROUND LOOKING FOR CHEAP SHOTS AND BULLYING OTHER PLAYERS. HE IS A TRUE ENFORCER... DON'T MESS WITH OUR PLAYERS AND YOU WON'T HAVE TO FEEL THE RATH OF HIM, BUT DO AND YOU WILL PAY THE PRICE!

Both looked end of shift tired, but Koci more so since he was fighting just to get untangled before starting and Goddard seemed to jump him early while he was still detangling. Maybe Koci should have conserved his energy better, knowing Goddard was out there. Draw.

I was a Koci fan when in Chicago....hes now a bum trying way to hard to almost hurt guys. Glad to see him get another beatdown. Has he really won a fight this year against any one decent?

The God-o-War jumped in after Maxie looked like he was gonna pee his pants. Always there for his teamates, he does his job well.

Godard wins. He at this moment is the best at his position. He can skate, check and pass the puck, and he is involved in the game, unlike some (we won't name names) who can't shoot, pass, skate or check. Godard is not a liability when he's on the ice.
