Nice to see Huggy Bear get beat up.

Rypien punches Stortini in the THROAT.

Cheap shot by Rypien, no wonder he got the edge

Rypien just ripped into Stortini with his southpaw style...Zack not quick enough to counter. WAA! WAA! Frustrated Stortini wept in the linesman's shoulder. What a bum. TKO.

Rypien obviously isn't a fan of being hugged and so he lays a beatdown on the hug man.

W Rypien.

Impressive win for Rypien. After he got the good quick left at the beginning Stortini didn't have a chance. I like it!!

Rypien with the clear win. storlinguini didn't get a chance to hugg rypien so he cried on the linesmans shoulders instead.

Storini opened the can of whoop ass. Got give Rypien some points ... he came back (a little). But in the end, Rypien went down to his knee after taking a left .... KO to Storini!

I'm a huge Canucks fan and think Rypien has a great future in this league. Fights like the second coming of PJ Stock but has the honest skills to log legitimate minutes.

However, this isn't about Rypien, it's about the guys in this forum who constantly rip on Stortini. Yeah, he's not a great fighter but he will drop them with anyone, which contrary to what you all suggest, takes a HUGE pair of brass ones. Being critical is one thing, but try to have some respect for how hard his job his and the courage he shows.

Rypien reminds me of PJ Stock. Undersized guy who gets the pistons firing and will go with the big boys. Making a name for himself for sure.

Good back & forth. Linesman jumped in too quickly to break up a good fight that could have been great.

Wow Stortini didn't even get a clean punch off against a guy who he has 50 pounds on...
Rypien is a ridiculous fighter...

How do people call Zack Stortini a heavyweight if he either loses every fight or he hugs his opponent. Definite win for Rypien.

was huggy-bear crying on the linesman's shoulder after the fight?
